This first pic is current as of 4.21.26, the front has been painted except the gray gable part up high.
That grass has been cut a couple of times since! The second pic was how the front
looked until just before the first pic and the third pic was the worn front earlier. I have
even more recent pics than this actually but doing the physical work part has got me a bit behind on uploading to the host.
That wasn't dirt or roof material up high. I found out it was where the elements had just worn the paint off the panels
and it was exposed gray primer underneath the paint. I mini rolled on gloss white Rustoleum and it turned out quite nice,
(using a brush around the edges).
I'd reload the webpages each time you visit so you are sure to get a new page
and not a previous cached page.
Click this if you'd like to see the big
original pic, (unresized) of that first pic up there.
The original pic wasn't resized smaller like the small one up there.
The original, (unresized), one can be viewed on a phone too, just lots of scrolling. A desktop or laptop won't do as
much scrolling with the unresized original. You may notice a new hole in the skirting by the porch. I believe a wild animal
did that recently, I'll get that fixed. This unresized pic is targetted to a new tab if you want to
just close it when you're done.
$34,000
Some painting I've done to the front, I have several more
pics to put here.

The kitchen upgrades
(2024). I put a pic here without the flowers. I bought
them for the mobilehome sale but I didn't know they'd take up so much space.
Notice the 2 new gfci electrical outlets by the sink, (there's also a new gfci outlet in the bathroom by the sink in there).

More kitchen countertop area pics,
(a few months newer pics, same items).
The metal backsplash tiles at Menards.
This is 42 tiles, (or 84 tile halves, which is how they're packaged per tile).

South bedroom. I know it's
poopooed to include a used mattress BUT this one is only 3 years old. It's a 10 inch, memory foam, fullsize, Serta mattress.
The mattress is completely white as I don't wet the bed, also, it's zippered if you'd like to wash it. It's box springs and
mattress all in one. You may have your own bed but this would make a fine second bedroom or guestroom bed.
And the fullsize frame goes with it, that I got at the same time.

I put down 2 and a
half 24 inch carpet tiles in the bathroom, it's much better on the feet for getting out of the bathtub. Also,
carpet tiles anywhere only have 2 thin strips of double-sided tape on the back that sticks to the floor to hold them
in place, they aren't glued or permanent. They're rigid and heavy already, even tho they don't move, they
can easily be removed or pulled up.

in the first photo Bambi
was about 10 feet from my back door! (2024)
In the second photo, she's just having some grass in my backyard.
I'm not implying hunting, (or dogs chasing), this is city limits, just fun to watch, they're pretty close.

The mobile home's title,
notice they all match, vin # ALS 06668

included)

All done.
More door restoration pics
I started with
sanding the flat gray, interior latex
paint off with 60 grit sandpaper and my orbital sander. I then painted (on workhorses, white rustoleum paint on the
entire door, (inside of the door), more fitting for a metal door. I had even taken the doorhandle, deadbolt, window and hinges
off for the paintjob. The black areas are black rustoleum. And that mini-rolled mixed paint around the light switches is new, (those painted
areas are in 10 high traffic spots thru-out the mobile home).

7' x 7' resin Craftsman
shed. I may need to get another shed pic here, the dotted lines looked terrible on this pic when I tried resizing
it for phones, so I left it big. Sorry, lots of scrolling.
Here it is at Lowes.
I believe a Lowes pic there has an overhead shelf that looks nice, BUT they don't say it's an option, that I see.
More shed pics
Also, everything I've linked to and listed on here is all paid for, the repoman isn't coming for anything.

In 2024 I bought a new ac
motor, the old one went out. This is a pic of the old one, the new one was already installed that day.
This is like the second biggest ac repair that can be done.

100 amp service panel. I believe
I see two empty breaker slots if you want to dedicate/wire an appliance, (or big extension cord,) etc. to it's own breaker.
Speaking of an extension cord, there is an outside electrical outlet by the back deck.

Matching Hotpoint
washer and dryer. The washer is 110v and the dryer is 220v, both electric. They both work good and are included appliances.
And the lint-catcher isn't even cracked.

Let's talk taxes, Personal
Property tax to be exact. I'd say this 99' mobile home is about an $80 share, (with my car for the remainder of the 2025 $128 bill).
I'd guess a significantly newer mobile home would be 1 to 3 thousand on the annual tax bill, just on it's share of your assets.
It is titled at the dmv like a car but unlike a car, there is no sales tax becuz it's considered a house. When I titled it, it
came to around $12.

The back deck. It's basically (3)
4' x 8' sheets of plywood in square footage - 32 sq ft x 3, 96 sq ft. Both front and back porches/decks are
above ground. It looks like a broke blind in the pic but that's just an $8 thick, metal hinge for a gate I planned to make,
to keep critters off the deck.

I replaced all the curtain rods,
I even installed them in wall studs so they won't sag later. Two of them are decorative, for the new kitchen and
south bedroom drapes, (balls on the end). The rest are like that old style white curtain rod but they're
all dark brown. Speaking of drapes, 5 of the six drapes are new and I'll upload those pics soon. In this pic
too is the wall tv mount, (brown box, which I believe fits up to a 40" tv). That tv wall mount is in a wall
stud in the south bedroom and it stays, sorry, not the tv.
My 2 electronic wall stud finders got quite a workout when I was installing wall stuff. That white manual goes in the
kitchen sink box, it must've fell out.

This is just a miscellaneous
assortment of item's packages that I got for installation around the mobile home. Those 3 gfci packages were the gfci
electrical outlets installed in the mobile home, (2 on the kitchen counter and one by the bathroom sink, they were $18
each). That's a lighted light switch pkg, (that is installed next to the kitchen window now, it was $9). That red and white
curtain is the item package for the kitchen curtain, (that's the leftover valence). If you'd like to install the valence
you need another curtain rod probably. I put on that new front door entry door knob in late 22'. There are some of
the packages for the drapes, I must've forgot and put some of those drape packages in the trash. But I'll upload
those pics soon, I've replaced all six of the drapes, (if I remember right, some of the windows didn't have drapes before).
The 2 kitchen sink baskets and kitchen drain plugs are new, well, a drain plug went missing but one old one blended in nice.
That's just the package for a new screen door handle I put on here.

This is a really useful 5 gallon bucket of interior latex paint the previous owner left.
I'm really glad the guy left it here.
I've used it to touch up mars on walls, a nice finish to joint compound repairs and new item jobs
and just refreshing countless of dull paint areas. There might be 32 ounces left but I'd keep it from freezing,
drying up and spilling or something, I'm leaving it. In this photo it shows the paint wet, it dries the same
color as around it tho.

This is the living room window. It has mirror privacy tint on the lower pane, (half the window). It kept
larger dogs from looking in for other dogs. I'll post 3 more tinted windows in a few minutes. I painted the
border of that pane with acrylic paint. Btw, if anybody wants to do that it's acrylic paint, (not watercolors), from walmart.
It looks nice when the sun shines on it, the key is using painter's tape and painting it until it turns out right.
More tinted windows
Here is that livingroom's window's tint at Menards.
See how the Menard's website even says it's not concealing at nite with the lights on?
It's more of a daytime tint. I wouldn't suggest picking my nose in there at nite with the lights on.
I doubt you can see in there at nite with a nitelite on tho, thru that mirror tint.

This is the green living room 84" grommeted drape.
3 of the windows have the large style mini-blinds with the drapes, (the 2
living room windows and the dining room window).
All but the dining area drape has sash tiebacks. All the curtains but the green one were
purchased from Walmart in 23', I already had the green one.
More drapes in room pics
The dotted lines and the swirls are just from resizing the pics for phones, those aren't really there.

It's around an $80 portion of the yearly personal property tax bill, (with your vehicles and other assets etc).
A clear and verified title matching all the vin locations, including on the mobile home frame, (the most permanent,
important one).
If the ad is still up, it's still for sale.
Flat, solid floors.
No showing it at nite please.

Sorry, no payments.

Btw, I put that Ms notepad++ (lizard logo) up there but I didn't write THAT linked page, I don't drink! :)
The website isn't done automatically like Wordpress etc.
I just wanted to give Microsoft Notepad++ some props. Notice there's no ads here like tripod and angelfire used to do,
for example. Notepad++ produces a faster loading website than most becuz it's all your own html code and no automated
html and other automated web code bloat. It's a free source code editor, you just need to learn html, which is easy.
The old Ms Notepad does it too but ++ has many more features.
It must look like a website is costing me a fortune. Actually, it doesn't, it only costs me $1.85 a month for hosting at
Fusion Arc Hosting, - Mine is
the Nanovault. Doing the website myself saves me a ton of money.
Owner occupied, (only the mobile home, not the lot).
